The Wii

I don't think I've ever had as much stress in my everyday life as I do now that Jacob owns a Wii. Yep, that's right, he got it for Christmas, and we've been playing a lot. But I'm really not good. It's a game for a new generation of kids, and I'm so bad at it you wouldn't even believe.... lol. I am better at things in real life, regardless of how bad I am at them, I'm still worse on the Wii. But anyhow, Merry Christmas, and I"m sure this will have a follow-up to it later. :)

Grades

So grades are finally just about in, and it looks like they shook out alright. I'm just below Dean's List, but in reality, who really cares about that anymore? I don't. I got 2 4.0's for Philosophy and Ag Business, and apart from that, I pretty much coasted - except for that Orgo 2 class which I finally got my 2.0 in (PASSED!!!).

Anyhow, sitting here at the warehouse with Amanda, wishing that I could be sledding with the sibs, but alas, we're stuck here as she works and I can't leave. So I'll try and figure out how to import my old xanga account instead. :)

On other news, expect our wedding registry on Amazon.com and at Macy's. It's just about done, and with a plethora of eclectic randoms. Get excited!!!

Still Stalling....

So I really don't like finals. Why do they all have to be at the same time? lol, I know, because they all are "finals" and the courses ended last week. But really?

Obviously, I'm dodging studying organic chemistry, but wouldn't you too, if your brain felt like a whirlwind of carbons just oxidized into a mesmerizing confusion of memorization which you'll never remember - even in your most drunken state? Yuck.

And it's cold outside. I don't know why, but for some reason it just seems colder this year, and I don't like it. 17* and we saw the sun for 5 minutes today. :(

First day

My first day on this blog.... and I'm avoiding finals. Philosophy final in animal ethics is in 2 hours. So for now, I'm off, just after I link my reading to Monica, and pick up a tag from my old Xanga site.
